What an account is for

Your Alter FM account signs you in to alter.fm and to the band sites and apps that use it, such as atli.co and the ATLI apps. Each of those may have its own terms for what it offers (a band’s VIP, say), and they apply there too.

It’s free. Keep your Google or Apple account safe, since it is the key to yours.

Be decent

Don’t use your account or anything here to:

• harass, threaten or abuse anyone;
• pretend to be someone else, a band or one of its members;
• break the law or anyone’s rights;
• break, overload, scrape or get around the limits of the sites, apps or their servers.

The bands’ work

The music, pictures, videos, characters, games and words on alter.fm and the band sites belong to the people who made them. You may listen, watch, play and share links; you may not copy or sell them as your own.

Suspending accounts

We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using your account at any time and ask us to delete it (see Privacy).

No warranty

alter.fm, the account and the sites that use it are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. They may change, pause or stop. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using them, and nothing here limits a right the law gives you that can’t be limited.

Changes

When these terms change we post the new ones here with the date at the top. Using your account after that means you accept them.
